PROJECT INFO

Sharp is proud to be part of the transformative UT Health San Antonio Brain Health campus with the construction of a new 5-story, 100,000 square foot brain health research science facility and an adjacent 500-space parking garage. Designed by Alamo Architects and built by Joeris General Contractors, this facility marks Texas’s first dedicated space for comprehensive brain health care, focusing on Alzheimer’s, Parkinson's disease, ALS, and other neurological conditions. Our contribution includes advanced glass systems from Oldcastle, featuring Reliance (6") and Reliance IGSS (6 1/4"), with 1/4" Solargray SB90 and 1/2" AS vision glass types. Under construction since January 2023, the facility integrates dry labs, administrative/educational spaces, and state-of-the-art imaging suites, supporting critical research and patient care in neurological sciences and beyond.
